Principal's Message
Welcome to High Point Elementary!
I am Dr. Danielle Miller, proud principal of High Point Elementary. As I enter my 21th year in education, I continue to feel honored and inspired to serve this incredible community. Since becoming principal in 2020, I have had the privilege of working alongside dedicated educators, supportive families, and exceptional students who make High Point a truly special place.
At High Point, we are committed to ensuring that every scholar is known, valued, challenged, and supported. We believe all students deserve access to rigorous, high-quality instruction that meets their individual needs and empowers them to reach their fullest potential. Through collaboration, innovation, and a relentless focus on student achievement, we create learning experiences that foster both academic excellence and personal growth.
Our school community’s collective efforts ensure that all students grow and achieve at high levels. During the 2025–2026 school year, our hard work and shared commitment allowed us to shine statewide. We are proud to have earned recognition as a 2025 Georgia Math Leader and a 2025 Georgia “Beating the Odds” School. In addition, our 2025 state score of 91.9 represents the highest score in our school’s history—an achievement that reflects the dedication, resilience, and excellence of our entire school community.
As an authorized International Baccalaureate (IB) Primary Years Programme (PYP) World School since 2018, we cultivate curious, compassionate, and globally minded learners who are prepared to thrive in an ever-changing world. Our scholars are encouraged to think critically, take action, and develop the skills necessary to make meaningful contributions to their communities.
